Greg and Molly met at a Christmas party, but didn’t exchange numbers right away. The holidays came and went, but it wasn’t until Molly ran into a mutual friend that she finally passed her number along to Greg.
A few days later, Greg called to take her out.
Their first date was at Terilli’s, where they talked until the venue closed. They even had to hunt down their keys from the valet that had wrapped up for the night.
The couple became engaged 15 months later. Greg was in San Francisco on business and the two decided to extend the trip and have Molly join him for the weekend. While on Pier 14 overlooking the Bay Bridge, Greg got on one knee. “Greg really pulled one over on me! It was magical because it was such a surprise,” Molly said.
Greg attended Louisiana State University and studied finance. He is currently director of Bank Exams. Molly attended University of North Texas and studied fashion merchandising. She is currently an assistant buyer at Neiman Marcus. The couple will marry on May 6, 2016, at Winfrey Point on White Rock Lake.
