There are some ch-ch-changes happening at the historic Adolphus Hotel. Brides, take note. The popular weddings venue has named a new director of catering and conference services. Tamara Schlueter Bayo, a certified wedding planner, joins the downtown hotel from the Four Seasons Resort in Los Colinas where she was the assistant director of catering. She also held a previous stint at the Waldorf Astoria in New York as well as managing her own weddings and special events company Fleur de Lis.
