It’s a well-known fact that your wedding day venue’s service and cuisine can make or break the event. And the person in charge who executes the perfect night with no glitches? Even more important. We’re pleased to report the new appointment at popular downtown weddings venue, The Fairmont Dallas. The hotel has named Paula Fenner as the Director of Catering and Conference Services. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Fenner has won several awards for her work, including the National Association of Catering Executives Caterer of the Year award. Most recently she held the same title at the historic Adolphus Hotel.
