This pair met on a blind date at Javier’s. Just one night was all it took for this pair to fall head-over-heels in love. They spent the evening learning as much as they could about one another and were the last two people in the restaurant when they finally called it a night. Jack proposed to Ellen with a trail of letters and rose petals that led to a bottle of champagne, three dozen roses, and one last note asking her to get dressed for a night out where he immediately got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife. They married in Vail, Colorado with 125 of their friends and family there to celebrate. White furniture and a few candles were all it took to make the romantic location shine. The stunning natural backdrop on the Solaris Lawn (where no other couple has ever said “I do”) made the stress of planning a ceremony in a remote location worth the extra effort.
