What are the best questions to ask videographers before you book one?
Before you even schedule a meeting with videographers, you need to watch a few of their videos to make sure their style is what you are wanting in a final product. Keep in mind you are booking that company. Therefore, you are booking that style. If the style matches what you want, then go ahead and schedule the meeting! At the meeting, I would ask these simple questions to make sure you are getting everything you need for your big day. These questions should provide you with enough information to make an informed decision on your video service provider.
- What is included in the price?
- How long will our final (video) product(s) be?
- When will you arrive/leave?
- Will it be YOU working the event?
- What will you or your employees wear?
- What is the estimated turn around time for our final product(s)?
